FMP Peer Feedback week 2

In this week’s peer feedback session, I showed the progress that I had made in my projects research during the past week. From this I was praised for the competent level of research that I had done into the themes of my project. This however also meant that most of the feedback that I received was for next stages of my project development that I would have done anyways, with most of it linking to starting the visual concept stage of my project. I did however receive some feedback that I thought would be relevant to said stage. Firstly, it was suggested that I could look into dream symbology, which was something that I was already considering for the character design section of my project after I had given Carl Jung a brief look during my research. This would help to inform me on how to represent certain ideas through my character designs, whilst linking it to the theme of dreams. The other piece of feedback that I received was to look into dream journals. This I think will be very helpful for when I start to finalise the visual elements of my project, as there are certain uncanny designs that are exclusive to people’s serial dreams. Overall however, this feedback session has cemented that I am at a good place with my current projects.
